UOU Studio developed the motion identity for Bilibili Classroom’s teaching website. My work contributed to the animation exploration and overall visual development, helping shape an identity that feels aligned with Bilibili’s educational mission.
The concept was built around transforming Bilibili’s square logo into a ladder-like form, a visual metaphor for learning and knowledge sharing. We aimed to maintain the brand's integrity while introducing a softer, more refined aesthetic.
